October
I haven't posted much in the past few weeks. For one, I've been writing devotionals for our students, which has satisfied my need to type out words on a blank page, and has also been a dream come true. Also, I have been preparing to leave the country on Sunday, which I always forget takes a lot of preparation and energy. Therefore, there will be nary a post for the month of October, besides the few random words I've wanted to share. However - I'd love to ask for your prayer. I am hopping on a plane to the West Bank (in Israel) in three days, and I'm sitting here at Starbucks trying not to tear up with happy waterworks. I'm not sure what God has in store for our team or for me, but I know it's going to be incredible, because I have that Holy Spirit feeling in my bones - the one that makes it hard for me to sit still in my seat; the one that's made it hard for me to get any work done all week (sorry boss).
So - please pray. I'll write when I get back, but for right now the laptop is being shoved in a corner so that I can experience the fullness of what God has in store. I'm jazzed. I'm stoked. I'm all of the excited words that are in the English dictionary. I'll see y'all in November! Peace.
