Week 5
This week's truths:
I left church tonight in the rain, and I decided to walk out to my car slowly. I wanted to drink in the water, to feel it and not be annoyed by it. It was an exhausting week, and that rain reminded me of the truth. I love these truths, this week. In the midst of stress and surprises and disappointments, the truth is what has mattered. I'm thankful, this week, that there is always more to learn, and I'm thankful for how the rain can bring redemption.
We leave for camp tomorrow, so no truths this week. Or, at least, none written down on this blog. But if you'd like to pray, there are a whole bunch of middle school kiddos ready to experience God, and we'd love your help in lifting them up. They're a swell bunch and I'm excited. But first - sleep.
